الرجاء من كافة المواطنين و العاملين في قطاع البناء و الزملاء المهندسين عدم استعمال الاسمنت اللبناني " المهرب "
لعدم صلاحيته من خلال المواصفات و المدة الزمنية و هذا مثبت من خلال تجارب يرجى التقيد و لكم جزيل الشكر

لكن حبذا لو تعلمنّا من المستفيد من هذا الاسمنت ؟ وما هي علامات فساده

لا يمكن تعميمها بهده الطريقة " عدم استعمال الاسمنت اللبناني " و ربما تكون الوثقة غير جيدة و دلك من جراء سوء التخزين عند المهربين

علامة فساده ياسيد رامي على ما يبدو أنه لم يستطع الحصول عليه من المهربين مباشرة لذلك وحرصا منه على المحافظة على أسعاره وجب التنبيه الى ذلك وهذا ما يعيد سعره الى الحد الطبيعي وخاصة ان مهربي الاسمنت طماعين شوي في الفترة الاخيرة وخاصة ان الثورة العمرانية في ظل البعث حرقت الاخضر واليابس والإسمنت السوري غير كاف .
أو أن فساد هذا الإسمنت نابع من وجود كمية من الإسمنت السوري عند السيد المهندس وبعض المقربين الية ويجب بيعها بالسرعة القصوى وبسعر جيد فلذلك وجب التنبيه عن وجود اسمنت لبناني فاسد . واخيرا قد يكون السيد المهندس بعثيا للعظم وتلقى امرا من القيادة بطرح هذا الموضوع عبر متنفسنا الوحيد ليسجل بذلك نقطة سوداء ضدنا وفي الأمر خداع ونفاق واضح وذلك لشدة اقتضاب الموضوع وعدم وجود اية أدلة على صدق ما قيل وخاصة أنه مهندس وبمقدوره الشرح والتوضيح أي تكمن نقاط فساد هذا الاسمنت وأي كود تحمل دفعة الاسمنت الفاسدة وإما عليه أن يبرهن أن المعامل اللبنانية تصنع إسمنتا فاسدا خصيصل لمهربي الجمهورية العربية السورية .

أشكر كافة الزملاء المهندسين و متعهدي البناء على استجابتهم و امتناعهم عن استعمال الاســــمنت اللـــبناني الفـاســــــــــد المهــــــــــرب
و هذا ما جعله يتكدس في الأسواق و بسعر منخفض و استبدلوه بالاسمنت المصري عند عدم توافر الاسمنت السوري

what i see that you didn't understand english mr joul saba, you didn't read the
